I currently lead meditation practice at The Soul Circle and run meditation workshops. 

 

A bespoke 1:1 meditation can be added to any reflexology treatment. I will write a guided meditation in relation to a specific theme chosen by you.  Examples of themes include stress relief, improving self esteem, empowerment and connecting with the heart.

Qualified to teach childrens mindfulness, I run a well-being class for primary school age children in a local school and parent and child well-being workshops.  Drawing from the Kindness Curriculum I share practical techniques and tips that children can use to help navigate their emotions.

Meditation and mindfulness has always been an important part of my life.  I first began meditating in my teens and have relied on this practice to help me through the emotional shifts of my adolescent years, a hectic lifestyle in London, the challenges of being a parent and more recently the uncertainty of the huge changes happening in the world around us. Embarking on an inward journey, through meditation, can keep us grounded in the present moment, help us to control our thoughts, feelings and calm our nervous system.

 

Meditation doesn’t need to be difficult, with simple instructions anyone can learn techniques to access moments of inner calm.
