Practical Well-Being Techniques for Children (age 7-11) and Parents

Over 3 specially designed parent/child sessions you and your child will learn useful techniques to help the navigate and cope with their big feelings.
Together you will learn practical methods that can help your child alleviate the stress of intrusive thoughts and unwanted emotions, providing you with a toolkit to support your child at home.

Each ticket covers one adult and one child only.
Limited to 6 pairs of adult and child.
