Wild Hearted Women Summer Solstice

Join us, the Wild Hearted Women group, as we gather to celebrate the Summer Solstice this Saturday from 6pm. It's a magical opportunity to sit around a fire, reflect on what we need to create balance in our lives that will carry us until the next year.
We are thrilled to have Lizzie from The Soul Studio leading a ritual of the five elements, connecting us with the Earth's energy. During this gathering, you'll also have the chance to decorate a pebble and contribute to creating a stone circle at our tranquil Wellbeing Garden.
Don't miss out on this transformative experience as we honour the Summer Solstice, tap into our inner wisdom, and embrace the powerful energy of the sun.

I will be collaborating with the beautiful Hannah
from Zone in Yoga (www.zoneinyoga.co.uk) to bring you a 2 hour slow down to relax your mind and body. The afternoon will open with a Winter seasonal yoga session to help you feel more grounded, calm and balanced. We will then go inward, taking part in a Soul Circle. I will lead you through a Winter Ritual, seasonal intention setting, journalling, oracle card pull and a healing guided meditation followed by tea and treats. The vibe will be ceremony and connection.

Rose Quartz crystal class and meditation

Rose Quartz is a crystal filled with a soft, feminine energy. It can help us to harness feelings of self-love, self-worth and compassion for others.
During this one hour session we will learn about the history and healing properties of the Rose Quartz crystal. You will learn ways to programme your crystal with a specific intention and to connect with the loving vibration of your Heart Chakra. There will be a guided visualisation meditation to encourage feelings of self appreciation, joy and gentle self healing. This class aims to help you deepen your relationship with yourself, help you feel connected, comforted and open to the positive possibilities life has to bring.
