Seasonal Journeys with the Wheel of The Year

Sat 20 JunThe FIT Partnership, EsherStep into the magic of the Summer Solstice ✨ Join Lizzie from The Soul Studio and Suz from Divine Gongs for an evening of sound healing, goddess journeying, yoga nidra, oracle guidance, wildflowers, foraged teas, crystals, and deep restoration as we honour Litha and reconnect with nature.

We are not separate from nature, we are a part of it. Yet, in the rush of modern life, it is so easy to lose our connection to the very rhythms that sustain us.
Our intention for these gatherings is to create a regular meeting point, a sacred pause throughout the year where we can stop, look up, and honour the shifting world around us.
By celebrating the solar festivals and the turning of the Wheel, we find a mirror for our own inner cycles. We learn that there is a time for the fire and expansion of Summer, just as there is a time for the quiet, essential descent of Winter.
What happens at this gathering? In collaboration with my dear friend Suz Khunel, a gifted sound practitioner, I host these workshops as an immersive sensory experience. We weave together the elements that light me up: guided ritual, oracle card reflection, meditation and the deep, restorative power of sound healing.
Why join us? These workshops are for the person who feels the pull of the seasons but isn't sure how to honour them. They are for those seeking a a sanctuary, and a way to feel more tuned in to their own intuition. Our hope is you will leave the gathering feeling nourished, vibrantly aligned, and deeply reconnected to the rhythm of the earth beneath your feet.
