Come and take off the load while I utilise my training to provide reflexology, meditation, well-being advice for children and soul circle sessions.

Join me and Sammie, from Heal To Grow Yoga, as we guide you on a journey to the Heart Chakra of the World, Glastonbury. Staying at the stunning Avalon Rose Chapel just outside of Glastonbury, we will bring you Sound Healing, Breathwork, Yoga, Reflexology, Meditation, Reiki and more.

Visioning Workshop
Saturday 23rd March 10am-12pm
Through relaxation and meditation delve in to your subconscious and create a Vision Board to mark the start of Spring. You will create a visual representation of your desires and intentions to take home with you. Limited to 6 people, all materials, hot drinks and cake provided.

After school class for children and parents/carers, learning practical wellbeing techniques
