Hello

My interest lies in the body’s inate ability to intelligently heal, using holistic methods.

Hi, I’m Lizzie, in 2021 I qualified as a Reflexologist, undertaking further training to specialise in Reflexology for Women’s Health, taught by Hagar Basis of The London Reflexology Academy.

I use an intuitive approach, addressing physical issues located in the body but also working with the subtle energies present in the feet. Tuning in to these energetical pathways can help to re-balance emotional and energetical concerns, as well as easing physical discomfort.

My Story

My first experience of receiving reflexology was in Thailand in my early 20s, a treatment that left me with a sense of calm that I carried with me for the following few days.  I loved the natural approach and that something as accessible as touching the feet could have a positive influence on the nervous system and in turn help the body to balance itself and heal.  A chance to live in Malaysia shortly after, where reflexology is part of every day life, opened my world to this gentle but powerful treatment.

Regular reflexology has helped to balance my hormones, reduce my stress levels and enabled me to have more restful sleep.  Following a return to London and years spent working and then raising a family I decided to re-train as a Reflexologist to share this beautiful treatment with others.

My other passion is meditation and mindfulness and living by the seasons.  There is so much to learn when we look to the natural world as a teacher.  I lead meditation at The Soul Circle which I facilitate once a month and have run meditation workshops.  I am qualified to teach children mindfulness and run a well-being club at a local primary school as well as adult and child well-being workshops.
