I trained with Hagar Basis of the Reflexology Academy in London, specialising in supporting women though all periods of change in their life including fertility, later stages of pregnancy and the symptoms associated with peri-menopause and the menopause.

Each session will be tailored to you, an initial consultation will explore what will be a safe and effective reflexology session to meet your needs.

Reflexology activates trigger points on the feet or hands that correspond with our bodily systems.   The application of pressure sends a calming message from the peripheral nerves in to the central nervous system, which in turn signals the body to adjust the tension level.  Stimulating certain reflex points can help the body to function better and allow vital energy, also known as 'chi' is able to flow more easily.
