The Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance, when day and night are equal, and invites us to pause as we transition from the light and energy of summer into the deeper, quieter season of autumn.
It’s a beautiful opportunity to reflect on the season that has passed, acknowledge what has grown and flourished, and gently consider what we’re ready to release, what we wish to carry forward, and where we might welcome greater balance into our lives.
