I created The Soul Studio six years ago, a nurturing space dedicated to supporting you on your journey to balance, healing, and connection. I’m a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist with specialised training in Women’s Health Reflexology under Hagar Basis at The London Reflexology Academy.

 

I’ve built my practice around a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right space and care.

 

In 2019, after years spent working in the design industry and then raising a family, I decided to follow my heart and train as a Reflexologist to share the numerous benefits of this gentle yet powerful therapy.

 

A passion to learn more led to specialised certifications in Reflexology for Women’s Health with Hagar Basis and Emotional Release Reflexology with Helga Dittmann.

 

Practical experience showed me the benefits of reflexology could be enhanced with energy work so I studied Biofield Energy Healing with Ehud Abrahamson, Alchemy Energetics with James Phillip and learned Reiki Level 1 & 2 with Angela Fiveash.  All these modalities have deepened my understanding of how to combine energy healing with reflexology.

Alongside my one-to-one therapies, I am a certified Mindfulness Practitioner and love bringing people together in community. Since 2019, I have been hosting retreats, workshops, and Soul Circle gatherings across Surrey. These beautifully held group spaces are designed to help you slow down, quieten the mind, and integrate mindfulness into daily life.

My aim is to create a space for you to rest deeply and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. My approach blends reflexology with an intuitive understanding of the mind-body connection, addressing physical discomforts but also understanding the link to emotional and energetic imbalances in the body.​​​​​
